Easy Return and Exchange Form - Use it to get a return authorization!
  • Please wait for a Return Authorization # before returning. You will need to write this # on the outside of the carton to be returned.
  • Items can be returned within 30 days with authorization and by filling out the form below or all of the information on the Return Form located on the back of your invoice.
  • If your merchandise arrived damaged, call the carrier that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt before contacting DNS Creations.
  • To return an item, please read and follow the instructions below to insure prompt handling of your return.

Before returning merchandise, please note the following:
  • If your merchandise arrived damaged, call the carrier that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Use the original box or use a sturdy substitute to ship items.
  • Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused or defective to be returned. There may be a 15% stocking fee for items that do not meet these conditions.
  • C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.
