Do I have to assemble any of my purchased items?

Since every product purchased from DNS Creations.com is handcrafted when an order is placed, there is no need to worry about having to assemble anything.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free within the continental United States. We consider the shipping charge to be our responsibility, since the only way to purchase from us is via the Internet. However, due to the size and weight of a few of our products they are considered to be oversized and carry a shipping charge which is clearly stated in the items description.

You will be contacted with a shipping quote for all orders that have a "ship to" address that is outside the continental United States. This quote will need to be approved by you, via email, before the order will be processed.

Does DNS Creations.com provide any warranties?

All items purchased through DNS Creations.com come with a 30-day Limited Guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchases from DNS Creations.com, please call our Customer Service Representatives at 1-205-678-0841 between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CST) or e-mail us at Service@dnscreations.com. Some of the products that we have for purchase may come with additional warranties. Any additional warranty will be stated in the products description.

Does DNS Creations.com offer Express Delivery?

No. Every item purchased from DNS Creations.com is made to order. Meaning we do not stock mass produced items. We take pride in handcrafting quality pieces and we make each item you purchase when your order is placed. If for some reason you need an order quickly make sure you include a note with your order. This option is available when you checkout. Please keep in mind that we will not rush the handcrafting of your product. If possible, we will try to bump your order to be the next order processed.

Can I send a gift through DNS Creations.com?

Yes. All you have to do is enter the recipient's address as the "ship to" during check out or on our manual order form and they will receive your gift. It is as easy as that. Make sure you let us know the order is a gift so the recipient will receive an invoice without purchase price information. Actual invoice will me mailed to "bill to" address for your records.

Does DNS Creations.com offer Corporate Discounts?

We currently do not offer Corporate Discounts. However, if you are interested in this and are planning on purchasing four or more of the same item, please send an email to Customer Service with the details of your planned purchase. We will try to offer, if possible, a discount towards your purchase.
